The organizational director has over 20 years of experience in the NGO sector; she is a Registered General nurse by profession, and the holder of a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology and Gender Development studies. She has vast knowledge in managing donor relations and has implemented various donor funded programs in Zimbabwe. Her passion towards empowering the lives of women and children has seen her being recognized as the Manager of the year by the Zimbabwe Institute of Management in 2011, in recognition of outstanding contribution towards the empowerment of Zimbabwean women and children in the Southern Region.
The Finance and Administrative Manager is the holder of a Bachelor of Honors Degree in Accounting, and an Executive Diploma in Business Leadership. She boasts of 18 years practical experience in the Accounting field, having worked for the private sector and various local NGO’s. She also holds various in-house training certificates including; USAID Rules & Regulations: Grants & Cooperative Agreements, Financial sustainability Essentials: How to build a Financing Strategy by Mango and Grants Management and Capacity Building. She has demonstrated cross-functional expertise obtained through interaction with other NGO’s, Donors, and Government Institutions
The Program Manager is a passionate and a hard-working young lady, with a passion for community development issues that bring about social and economic transformation in both urban and rural areas.
She has good knowledge in the field of development studies and community work and can offer broad skills set in general research, documentation, presentation, teamwork, project management, monitoring and evaluation. She possesses strong planning, organizational, cultural and interpersonal skills and is a holder of a Bachelor of Social Science Honors Degree in Development Studies.
